A seasoned principal investor and developer with deep expertise in New York City’s complex landscape and Israel’s high-growth, supply-constrained markets, Richard founded and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pink Stone Capital Group (established 2010), where he has sourced and executed off-market acquisitions, value-add repositionings, and landmark residential and mixed-use developments valued in excess of $500 million, while chairing executive and investment committees to ensure alignment, governance, and outsized long-term returns.
His career foundations include hands-on leadership within prominent New York developers and his family’s Empire Management operations, where he vertically integrated property management, asset management, and leasing functions across a multi-billion-scale portfolio. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Construction Administration, Architecture, Planning, and Preservation from Columbia University, complemented by a BBA from The George Washington University. Having relocated his family to Israel while preserving strong cross-border ties to New York, he brings unparalleled insight into global investor needs, bridging New York’s institutional depth and liquidity, Israel’s demographic-driven intensity, and Ukraine’s reconstructive force, into a unified portfolio thesis no single geography can contain.
